● A combination of both quilting and embroidery

● Embroidery functions: Continuous flat embroidery, boring embroidery, applique/patch embroidery and sequin embroidery.

● Achieved X-direction movement by introducing creative integrated Z shaft (machine heads and rotating shaft parts) as an integrated moving unit; therefore inertia of X-direction movement is reduced greatly

● Achieved continuous auto feeding in Y-direction by fixed roller (two groups: front and back) synchronous transmission; achieved high-speed quilting embroidery by removing vibrations of the roller

● Separating X-direction movement and roller movement could reduce the

load of X-direction roller greatly, which makes great improvement on the issue of displacement.

● Adopting highly precise driving components ( liner guide rail, rolling guide screw) and patented technology to guarantee accuracy up to 0.02mm of X-direction movement, therefore increasing both quality and quantity of embroideries.
